CORAM:HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIRUDDHA P. MAYEE
                              Date : 03/08/2022
                               ORAL ORDER

Present Civil Application is for condonation of delay of 49 days. However, it is seen from the impugned order that the sole respondent-claimant has since expired around five years ago and further no heirs has been brought on record by the applicant. The Civil Revision Application herein is also filed against the deceased claimant without bringing legal heirs on record. Therefore, the present Civil Revision Application cannot be entertained.

Even on merits of the case, the applicants are seeking modification of an order under the application for correction of the judgment and decree. The learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Dissa has given cogent and valid reasons for rejecting the said application. No interference is called for. The present Civil Revision Application is dismissed both on the grounds of delay as well as on merits. The applicants are at liberty to pursue the appropriate legal remedy.

In view of the disposal of the main matter, Civil Application does not survive. Hence the same is disposed of accordingly.
