1. This is an application for stay of the judgment and award dated 30.03.2021 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Auxi.), Jetpur at Rajkot in MACP No.159 of 2016.

2. Rule returnable on 18.10.2021.

3. It is ordered that, the impugned judgment and award of the Tribunal shall remain stayed on condition that, the appellant shall deposit the awarded amount with the concerned Tribunal before the next date of hearing, if not deposited so far. The question of disbursement of the awarded amount or part thereof, may be considered by this Court, once appearance is filed on behalf of the claimant(s) in the appeal.
