Heard learned advocate Ms.Amrita Ajmera for the applicants. Rule is served for respondent Nos.1 to 4, none appears.

2. Delay of 155 is prayed to be condoned by the applicants- original claimants.

3. The applicants have proposed First Appeal for enhancement of the compensation against the judgment and award of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Auxiliary), Surendranagar in Motor Accident Claims Petition No.343 of 2005. It is in filing this appeal that the delay has taken place.

4. Certified copy was applied immediately. The reasons given for passage of time are that the applicants were not aware of the legal procedure nor they had immediate availability to meet with the funds and legal expenses.

5. Sufficient cause is made out. Delay of 155 days is condoned. This application is allowed. Rule is made absolute.
