Learned advocate Mr. Y.A.Ratanpara appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner Nagar Palika has no objection to implement the judgment and award dated 01.01.2018 passed by the Industrial Tribunal Junagadh in Reference Demand Case No. 22 of 2013, however, for the same, the sanction of the State Government is needed.

Learned advocate Mr. Trivedi requests for some time in order to take appropriate instructions in this regard.

Learned advocate Mr. Ratanpara shall supply a copy of the writ petition as well as Civil Application to learned AGP.

The matter is kept on 26.12.2021.
