Though Mr. Rafik Lokhandwala, learned advocate has filed a leave note, Mr. R. D. Jadhav, learned advocate for Mr. Rafik Lokhandwala, appears.

From the record, it is clear that petitioner No.3 has surrendered to the custody of learned Magistrate at Manavadar and the copy of his surrender application vide exhibit-174 and order passed below it by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Manavadar, dated 20.10.2021 is submitted with the Registry and it has been placed before this Court with a note put by learned advocate for the petitioner.

Considering the fact that petitioner No.3 has surrendered to the custody pursuant to a judgment of conviction and order of sentence, which is confirmed by the Appellate Court, he is

ordered to be released on bail on the terms and conditions that may be imposed by the trial Court. The bail bond shall be executed before the trial Court.
