CORAM:HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE A.S. SUPEHIA
Date : 27/10/2021
ORAL ORDER
Learned AGP Mr.Ronak Raval has submitted that the judgments on which reliance is placed by the learned advocate for the petitioner will not govern the facts of this case since in the present writ petition the petitioner was appointed on contractual basis only for 11 months. He has submitted that even if the termination is set aside, the petitioner cannot be restored or reinstated in service as the contractual period is already over. He requests for some time in order to go through some judgments on the aforesaid issue as well on the issue of delay.
At his request, the matter is kept on 01.12.2021.
