Learned advocate Mr.U.M.Kharadi for learned advocate Mr.Hriday Buch has submitted that the dispute has been belatedly raised by the petitioner after a period of 11 years and hence, as per the judgment of Supreme Court in the case of Prabhakar vs. Joint Director, Sericulture Department and Another reported in AIR 2016 SC 2984, the Labour Court has precisely rejected the Reference.
