(PER : HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR. JUSTICE R.M.CHHAYA) By this appeal under Section 378(1)(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the State has prayed for leave to file the appeal against the judgment and order dated 30.11.2019 passed by the learned Additional Sessions and Special Judge, Surendranagar in Special (POCSO) Case no.47 of 2015.

In facts of this case, leave as prayed for deserves to be granted and is hereby granted. The application is allowed accordingly. The appeal be listed for hearing on 25.10.2021.
