                        ORAL ORDER

The State has filed this Application, seeking leave under Section

378(1)(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to present the Appeal,

against the judgment and order of Addl. Sessions Judge, Panchmahal at

Godhra dated 11.1.2019 in Sessions Case No. 8 of 2014. The Accused

was charged under Sections 302, 307, 143, 147, 148, 149 of IPC and Sec.

135 of the Gujarat Police Act. The Sessions Court recorded acquittal.

We have heard Mr. Hardik Soni, learned Additional Public

Prosecutor for the Applicant - State. He has rendered to the court, copies

of relevant evidences. Leave as prayed for is granted. This Application is

allowed.
