1. Heard Mr.D.G.Shukla, learned counsel for

the appellant and Mr.Vyom Shah, learned counsel for

respondent No.1.

2. The record indicates that by judgment and

order dated 07.01.2020, the Letters Patent Appeal

came to be disposed of. The office note shows that

the amount deposited by the appellant as per the

earlier order dated 25.03.2015 lies in FDR in favour

of the employee.

3. We hereby direct the Registry to remit the

entire amount deposited by the appellant in favour of

C/LPA/456/2015 ORDER DATED: 08/10/2021

Mr.Sundaram K. Iyer - respondent employee. Mr.Shukla,

learned counsel appearing for the appellant does not

claim any refund of the same. Accordingly, the

Registry shall remit the entire amount along with

accrued interest, if any, in favour of Mr.Sundaram K.

Iyer by way of NEFT or RTGS. Mr.Vyom Shah, learned

counsel appearing for respondent No.1 assures this

Court that the bank details shall be provided by

filing an appropriate note before the Registry

indicating the bank details, account number etc. of

Mr.Sundaram K. Iyer.

4. The Note is disposed of accordingly.
