Heard learned Advocate Mr. Yatin Oza with learned Advocate Ms. Ashlesha M. Patel for the petitioners.

Learned advocate Mr. Yatin Oza, on instructions from Ms. Ashlesha Patel has submitted that he would not like to press the captioned Special Civil Application, in view of order passed in Special Civil Application No.954 of 2016, since, all the petitioners are members of the respondent - Union which is beneficiary of the award. He has submitted that the petitioners will also be entitled for benefit of judgment and order passed by the Division bench in Letters Patent Appeal No.587 of 2018 and allied matters. He has submitted that since the award is already confirmed by this Court, and the petitioners are members of said union, he would not like to press the present petition.

Request is acceded. In view of above, this petition stands disposed of.

It is clarified that it will be open for the petitioners who are member of the Union to claim all the benefits which are arising out of the Division Bench judgment, if they are not granted by the Board in terms of the award.

With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
