Mr. Nikunt Raval, the learned counsel makes a statement that he has instructions to appear on behalf of the claimant.

In view of the judgment and order passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court dated 28.01.2021 in the Civil Application No.3761 of 2019 in First Appeal No.23319 of 2019 and allied matters, this Civil Application seeking condonation of delay is hereby rejected. Consequently, the First Appeal would also not survive and the same is also disposed of accordingly.
