Heard Mr. M.T. Mishra, learned advocate for Mr.H.B. Singh, learned advocate for applicants and Mr.Utkarsh Sharma, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent State.

The present application is filed under the Contempt of Courts Act as the order dated 26.11.2019 passed by this Court in Special Civil Application No.19913 of 2019 was not complied with.

Suffice it to note that the judgment rendered in writ petition was challenged by the State Government by filing Letters Patent

C/MCA/737/2020 ORDER

Appeal, which came to be dismissed. It is pointed out at the bar that similar issue arose in Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No.20010 of 2020 before the Hon'ble Apex Court and the Special Leave Petition filed by the State came to be dismissed vide order dated 13.01.2021.

The record indicates that as per the order dated 23.03.2021, the State Government has deposited a sum of Rs.2,62,04,615/­. As per the note filed by the office of the Government Pleader, the entitlement of each original petitioner is also produced on record by way of chart.

In the aforesaid circumstance and considering the earlier orders, the amount so deposited by the State Government be disbursed in favour of the applicants as per the details provided by the respondent authority. By way of pursis, the applicants shall submit the Bank Account number of each of the applicants and Registry shall transmit the amount as per the chart as observed in this order by RTGS in bank account of each of the applicants. Registry is directed to transfer the amount as provided in this order within a period of 7 days from receipt of the Bank details from the learned advocate for the applicants. Present office note is disposed of.
