By way of this application, applicant prays for staying implementation, operation and execution of impugned judgment and award dated 14.02.2020 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Main), Arvalli in MACP No.2084 of 2013.

Considering the submissions made by learned advocate Mr.Raval, issue Notice returnable on 04.05.2021. The impugned judgment and award shall be stayed on condition that the Insurance company deposits the entire amount of award with interest and cost before the concerned tribunal before returnable date.
