Heard learned advocate Ms.Kirti Pathak on behalf of applicant. Though served, nobody appeared on behalf of the respondents no.1 to 6.

Learned advocate Mr.Tejas P. Satta appears for respondent no.7.

By way of this application the applicant prays for condoning delay of 14 days in preferring the First Appeal challenging the impugned judgment and order dated 21.11.2019 passed by the learned Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Patan in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.161 of 2017.

Considering the submissions made by the learned advocate Ms.Pathak on behalf of applicant and considering the averments made in the application, the delay of 14 days in preferring the appeal against the impugned judgment and award sufficiently explained and therefore is condoned.

In view of the above, the present application stands allowed.
