This petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the judgment and decree dated 22.10.2018 passed by the learned 18th Additional Senior Civil Judge, Vadodara in Special Civil Suit No.839/1993.

Thus it appears that the petitioners have challenged the judgment and decree passed in Special Civil Suit by the concerned civil court by filing present petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India. This Court is of the view that the present petition is not maintainable. Therefore, the present petition is dismissed. However, liberty is reserved for the petitioners to file appropriate proceeding before the appropriate forum challenging the judgment and decree dated 22.10.2018 passed by the learned 18th Additional Senior Civil Judge, Vadodara in Special Civil Suit No.839/1993. It is clarified that this Court has not examined the merits of the case of the petitioners.
