2. By way of this application, the applicant seeks stay of

impugned judgment and award passed by the learned Motor

Accident Claims Tribunal (Main) Sabarkantha at Himatnagar in

MACP No. 31/2017 dated 21.01.2020.

3. Considering the submissions made by learned advocate

for the parties, issue notice returnable on 29.04.2021.

4. Impugned judgment and award shall remain stayed on

condition that the applicant deposits the entire awarded

amount along with cost and interest with the learned Tribunal

by the next returnable date.
