ORAL ORDER

1. Today learned Assistant Government Pleader Ms. Maithili
Mehta has shared with the Court a chart indicating that all the
applicants have been given appointments. The Special Leave
Petition since is preferred by the State, the rest of the benefits
shall be subject to the outcome of the SLP.
2. It is strongly objected to by learned advocate Ms. Mamta
Vyas appearing for the applicants on the ground that the
judgment and order of the Division Bench in Letters Patent
Appeal is of the year 2018. The SLP today is at diary stage only
and no benefits can be denied to these applicants, moreover, the
appointment of theirs also is not in accordance with what has

been directed by the Court and is delayed by nearly three to five
months.
3. By way of an affidavit of the senior officer, the details of
SLP shall be furnished to the Court. The State shall bear in mind
the fact that so far there is no stay granted by the Apex Court
and the SLP is still at a diary stage.
