Civil Appeal No.22 of 2012 passed by learned 14th Additional District Judge, District and Sessions Court, Surat which is already kept in abeyance vide order dated 05/01/2021 and subsequently extended vide order dated 02/03/2021 shall continue to operate till next date of hearing.
