By way of this application, the applicant prays for restoration of First Appeal No.43077/2019 whereby the judgment and award dated 27.09.2019 passed by the learned MACT (Main), Botad in MACP No.70/2018 has been passed.

Considering the submissions made by the learned advocate Mr. Shelat and considering the averments made in the application, the present application for restoration is allowed. First Appeal is directed to be restored and furthermore, time for removal of office objection is extended till 30.03.2021.
