Mr.Abhisst Thaker, learned advocate for the respondent states that he has already filed Appeal being First Appeal No.139 of 2020 which is already admitted. He further submits that the Co­ordinate Bench of this Court have already been stayed the impugned judgment and order dated 07.12.2019 passed by the Family Court at Vadodara in family Suit No.17 of 2014 vide order dated 16.01.2020 passed in Civil Application No.1 of 2020.

In view of the above, the present civil application does not survive and stands disposed of accordingly.
