ORAL ORDER
1. Heard learned advocate Mr. Hiren Modi on behalf of the
applicant.
2. Though served, nobody appears for the respondents.
3. The present application is preferred praying for
condoning the delay of 20 days which is occurred in
challenging the judgment and order passed by the 2nd
Additional District Judge, Modasa in Regular Civil Appeal
No. 25/2018 dated 27.09.2019 whereby the judgment and
order passed by learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Modasa in
C/CA/904/2020 ORDER
Regular Civil Suit No.20/2015 dated 05.03.2018 was
confirmed.
4. Considering the submissions made by learned advocate
Mr. Modi and considering the averments made in the
application, reasonable cause has been made out in filing the
Second Appeal. Hence the delay of 20 days is hereby
condoned. Application is allowed on the above terms.
