1. Heard learned advocate Mr. Bhargav Pandya on behalf of

the applicants and learned advocate Mr. Hemal Shah on behalf

of the respondents.

2. By way of this application, applicant prays for condoning

delay of 45 days in preferring First Appeal challenging the

judgment and order dated 29.11.2019 passed by Workmen's

Compensation (Fatal) Application No.16/2018 before the

learned Workmen's Compensation Commissioner, Labour

Court, Junagadh.

3. Considering the submissions made by learned advocate

C/CA/2710/2020 ORDER

Mr. Pandya and considering the averments made in this

application, this Court is of the opinion that reasonable cause

has been made out for condoning the application. Application

is allowed. The delay of 45 days in preferring First Appeal is

hereby condoned. Rule made absolute accordingly.
