                              ORAL ORDER

1. Heard learned AGP Mr. Adityasinh Jadeja on behalf of the

applicant and learned advocate Mr. Nishit Bhalodi on behalf of

the respondent No.1.

2. By way of this application, the applicant prays for

condoning delay of 25 days which is occurred in challenging

judgment and award dated 22.11.2019 passed by the MACT

(Aux.), Rajkot in MACP No. 664/2012.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned AGP

and the averments made in the application, this Court is of the

C/CA/2922/2020 ORDER

opinion that sufficient ground has been made out for

condoning the application. Application is allowed. The delay of

25 days in preferring First Appeal is hereby condoned. Rule

made absolute accordingly.
