                             ORAL ORDER

Considering the nature of short sentence imposed upon the applicants which is of fixed duration of four months, present revision application deserves consideration. Hence, Rule. Learned APP waives service of notice of Rule for respondent-State.

Pending the hearing and final disposal of Revision Application, the impugned judgment and order of sentence rendered by the learned trial Court, which has been confirmed by the learned Appeal Court is suspended. The applicants are ordered to be released on bail on the same terms and conditions as were imposed by the learned Appeal Court; but subject to furnishing fresh bail bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- each. Direct Service through e-mail is permitted .
