Heard learned Advocate Ms. Amrita Ajmera on behalf of the appellant who seeks to challenge the impugned judgment and award passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Aux.) Surendranagar in Motor Accident Claims Petition No.80 of 2016.

Considering the submissions made by learned Advocate Ms. Amrita Ajmera, Issue Notice for final disposal returnable on 24th March, 2021.
