1. Heard learned Advocate Mr. Chirayu A. Mehta on behalf of the applicant.

2. By way of the Civil application, the appellant prays for stay of execution, implementation and operation of the judgment and award passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Main) at Godhra dated 11th October, 2018 in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.815 of 2010.

3. By way of ad­interim relief impugned judgment and award is stayed on condition that the appellant shall deposit the entire awarded amount along with interest and cost before the learned Tribunal concerned by the next date of hearing i.e. 28th April, 2021. Issue Notice in First Appeal as well as in Civil Application returnable on 28th April, 2021.
