By way of this application, the applicant prays for staying the execution, implementation and execution of the judgment and award dated 06.12.2019 passed in M.A.C.P. No.186 of 2017 passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Auxi.), Patan.

Considering the same, issue Rule returnable on 20.04.2021.

By way of interim relief, the judgment and award dated 06.12.2019 passed in M.A.C.P. No.186 of 2017 passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Auxi.), Patan, shall be stayed on condition that the applicant shall deposit the entire awarded amount along with interest and cost with the learned Tribunal before the next returnable date.
