Heard Shri Bharat Vyas, learned Assistant Government Pleader, for the appellants.

Shri Raj A. Trivedi, learned advocate for the respondent ­ original claimant, submitted that other Appeals, arising from the very common judgment and award passed by the Reference Court, have come to be admitted and in Civil Application for stay order of disbursement is passed. Hence, ADMIT. Shri Raj Trivedi, learned advocate for the original claimant, waives service of notice of admission on behalf of the respondent - original claimant. He has pointed out that other Appeals, which have been admitted are First Appeal Nos.246, 310, 311 and 508 of 2021. This Appeal is to be heard with First Appeal No.246 of 2021 and other First Appeals.

It is submitted that one left out First Appeal, which is Filing/First Appeal No.8226 of 2020, where delay is condoned, is

ripe for admission hearing, which is also arising out of the common judgment and award. If that is so, Registry is directed to notify the same also as it also arise out of the common judgment and award as stated hereinabove.

Registry is directed to see that all these First Appeals referred to hereinabove is shown and reflected in the computer data as they arise out of common judgment and award. They may also while entering the data in the software keep in mind to show connected matters where such Appeals are presented for registration.
