Delay is of 1441 days which has taken place at the end of the original claimants, who seek to challenge judgment and award of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal praying for enhancement in the compensation.

From the Memorandum of Civil Application it could hardly be said that the delay is properly explained.

It will be open for the applicant to file further affidavit spelling out the convincing reasons for occurrence of delay.
