Heard learned advocate Mr.Hemant Munshaw for the appellants- applicants.

He stated that in compliance with the statutory conditions, the amount awarded by the Commissioner of Workmen's Compensation whose judgment and award is impugned in this appeal, has been deposited.

In that view, Notice to the respondents returnable on 16.7.2021.

There shall be stay of the impugned judgment and award of the Commissioner of Workmen's Compensation.

Disbursement aspect will be considered in accordance with law upon hearing both the sides.
