                                 ORAL ORDER

Learned Advocate for the petitioners submitted that the

issue pertains to claim of retirement benefits as the pensionary

benefits granted are erroneously calculated, not considering major

chunk of service of the petitioners which they put in before being

regularized. The said issue is covered squarely by several

judgments of this Court including Division Bench judgment on the

very issue.
