This application filed by Oil and Natural Gas Commission seeks to condone the delay of 50 days which has taken place in preferring the first appeal arising out of the judgment and award in Land Reference Case no. 335 of 2012.

The averments in the application show that the passage of time leading to delay of 50 days has occasioned due to administrative procedure and decision making process which the applicant Corporation is required to undergo before filling an appeal. Sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay. Delay of 50 days is condoned.

Rule is made absolute.
