In the facts of the case, there shall be stay on the impugned judgment and award dated 30 th January, 2020 passed by Motor Accident Claims Petition No.708 of 2014 on condition, however, that applicant deposits the entire awarded amount together with costs and interests before the returnable date with the Tribunal concerned.
