Ms. Nidhi Vyas, learned AGP for the applicants states that the respondents have expired before passing of the impugned judgment. Therefore, she seeks permission to withdraw both these applications with a liberty to join the heirs before the Reference Court. In the event, the application is moved for joining the legal heirs of the original claimant before the Reference Court, pendency of the proceedings before this Court and other circumstances may be taken into consideration by the Trial Court in considering the application for condonation of delay in bringing legal heirs.

Both these applications stand disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. Rule is discharged.
