Today, the matter has been fixed for dictating the judgment. Learned advocate Mr. H.S. Munshaw, because of the sad demise of his father, is unable to attend the matter today. We needed to draw the attention of both the sides to certain authorities which the court proposes to consider and also have requested the learned Assistant Government Pleader to call for the original papers of Form No.4 as well as entire process of acquisition from the authority concerned and ensure the same to be produced on or before 11.1.2021.
