Heard learned advocate Mr. Parth D. Patel, learned advocate Mr. U.T. Mishra for the petitioners and learned advocate Mr. Samir B. Gohil for the respondent APMC through video conference.

Learned advocate Mr. Samir Gohil who is contesting respondent herein requests for sometime to file exhaustive affidavit­in­reply in the matter.

Learned advocate Mr. Parth Patel submits that even if there was a ceiling of Rs.10,00,000/­ towards the payment of gratuity, as per the judgment delivered by the Hon'ble Apex Court an amount higher than Rs.10,00,000/­ can be paid to the employee based upon bye­laws of the APMC. Accordingly, he seeks permission of this Court to place that judgment on record. Permission is granted.
