Rule returnable on 01.03.2021. The operation, implementation and execution of the impugned judgment and award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Aux.), Ahmedabad Rural at Mirzapur dated 29.12.2018 in MACP No.471 of 2010 is stayed on condition that applicant Insurance Company shall deposit the amount of liability of the applicant as determined by the Tribunal before the next returnable date.
