                             ORAL ORDER

1. This matter is taken up through video conference.

2. Learned advocate Mr. Jigar Gadhavi for the petitioner has submitted that the final judgment and order passed by the learned Principal Civil Judge, Satlasana in Regular Civil Suit. He further submitted that in decree there is one error with regard to the name of the village. The correct name of the village 'Sadrasan' is shown as 'Sudasana'. Thereafter, an application has been moved under Sections 151, 152, 153 and Order 47 Rule 1(c) of the CPC, which came to be rejected by the trail Court, considering that the suit property is getting change. He also submitted that it is technical mistake of the advocate before the learned trial Court.

3. Issue requires consideration.

4. Issue Notice for final disposal returnable on 06.04.2021. The matter may be taken up for final disposal subject to stand taken by the respondent and convenience.
