ORDER IN FIRST APPEAL:-

Heard learned advocate Mr.Anal Shah for the appellant. Admit.

ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION :-

Rule returnable on 3rd May, 2021.

The operation, implementation and execution of the impugned judgment and award passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Auxi.), Vadodara at Savli, dated 19.12.2019 in MACP No.1726 of 2010 is stayed on condition that applicant Insurance Company shall deposit the amount of liability of the applicant as determined by the Tribunal before the returnable date.
