                             ORAL ORDER

By way of present application, the applicants have prayed to

quash and set aside the judgment and order dated 09.08.2019

passed below Exh.I in Special (POCSO) Case No.15 of 2018 arising

out of the offence registered as C.R. No.I­15 of 2018 registered

with Visavadar Police Station, Dist.: Junagadh.

Heard learned advocate for the applicants.

It is submitted by learned advocate for the applicants that the

warrant issued against present applicants was duly executed and

the applicants were produced before the Special Judge, Junagadh

on 19.12.2020 and at present, they are in judicial custody.

Considering the aforesaid facts, it appears that the order

R/CR.MA/1999/2021 ORDER

dated 09.08.2019 passed by the learned Special Judge (POCSO)

and 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Junagadh was challenged by the

present applicants and warrant is duly served and applicants are in

judicial custody and therefore, applicants may be permitted to

approach the concerned Bail Court with a request to enlarging

them on bail.

Learned Judge concerned may decide the said application in

accordance with law. Applicants are bound to remain present

before the learned Sessions Court in Special (POCSO) Case No.15

of 2018.

With the above observations, present application stands

disposed of.

This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the

case.
