Rule returnable on 10.03.2021. The operation, implementation and execution of the impugned judgment and award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Aux.2), Patan at Radhanpur, dated 30.06.2020 in MACP No.16 of 2018 is stayed on condition that applicant Insurance Company shall deposit the amount of liability of the applicant as determined by the Tribunal before the next returnable date.
