1. We have heard Shri Haribhai J. Patel, learned counsel for the appellant.

2. Against the same judgment of the learned Single Judge two other Letters Patent Appeal Nos.945 and 946 of 2020 were filed by the Nagarpalika which have since been dismissed by order dated 11.12.2020.

3. We have perused the order dated 11.12.2020 and respectfully following the same, we dismiss the present appeal also for the reasons recorded therein. The connected Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
