This application is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act praying for condonation of 5 days' delay in preferring the aforesaid appeal challenging his judgment of conviction and order of sentence passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rajkot dated 14.9.2021 in Sessions Case No.83 of 2015.
