This application is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act praying for condonation of 5 days' delay in preferring the aforesaid appeal challenging his judgment of conviction and order of sentence passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rajkot dated 14.9.2021 in Sessions Case No.83 of 2015.

For the explanation offered in the memo of application and delay being of 5 days' only, I deem it fit to condone the same. Rule made absolute.
