Order in Criminal Misc. Application:-

By this application under Section 378(1)(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the applicant-State has prayed for leave to file an appeal against the judgment and order of acquittal dated 11.2.2020 passed by the learned Special Judge (POCSO), Jamnagar in Special (POCSO) Case No.28 of 2017.

In facts of this case, leave as prayed for deserves to be granted and is hereby granted. Accordingly, the present application is allowed.

Order in Appeal:-

Admit. Bailable warrant be issued in the sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) against the respondent-accused.
