By way of the present application, the applicants have prayed to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondents for willful and deliberate disobedience by the respondents of judgment and order dated 26.8.2020 passed by learned Single Judge in Special Civil Application No.9958 of 2020. By the said order, learned Single Judge has directed the applicants to make representation to the respondents within a period of two months and thereafter to decide the said representation within a period of three months.

2. Mr. N.D. Songara, learned advocate appearing for the applicants would submit that in pursuance of the above order, the applicants made representation on 5.9.2020 and the respondent No.4 by order dated 14.10.2020 extended the benefits of Government Resolution dated 16.7.2019, but no any arrears of

difference of salaries from 1.1.2019 is paid.

3. In view of the above, the present application stands disposed of with a liberty to the applicants to initiate appropriate proceedings before appropriate forum challenging the said order dated 14.10.2020 passed by respondent No.4.
