While the appeal was already admitted, the Civil Application for stay comes up on board today, in the facts of the case and having heard learned advocate Mr.Rathin Raval for the applicant, there shall be stay of operation, execution and implementation of the judgment and award of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal impugned in the appeal on condition that the applicant-Insurance Company deposits before the Tribunal concerned the entire awarded amount together with the costs and interest before the next date.
