ORDER IN FIRST APPEAL Heard learned advocate Mr.Yogi Gadhia for the appellant.

2. It was stated that the amount awarded by the Workmen's Compensation Commissioner has been deposited in compliance with the statutory condition.

3. What was submitted to assail the impugned judgment and award of the Workmen's Compensation Commissioner is that the death of the employee, who was driver, happened out of natural cause.

4. According to learned advocate for the appellant, there was no casual connection to justify the awarding of the amount from the appellant.
