                     ORAL ORDER

1. The petitioner, in the present petition, has prayed for the direction against the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to accept SVLDRS Form No. 3, generated by the petitioner on 23.03.2020 and accept the balance payment and clear their case, by issuing them all clearances as prescribed accordingly.

2. After arguing for some time, the learned advocate Mr. Hasit Dave for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would make fresh representation to the respondents authorities in the light of the orders passed by this Court and the Bombay High Court in similar circumstances, however, the respondents authorities be directed to decide the same at the earliest and reserve the liberty in favour of the petitioner to file a fresh petition in case the adverse decision is taken by the respondents.

3. Learned ASG Mr. Devang Vyas for the respondents has no objection if such a direction is given.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner shall be at liberty to make representation to the respondents authorities, raising the contentions as raised in the present petition in the light of the judgments of this Court as well as of the Bombay High Court, as may be applicable. The respondents shall decide the representation of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible. The petitioner shall deposit the amount under Scheme within 15 days from today.

5. Subject to the aforesaid directions, the present petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the Court in case any adverse decision is taken by the respondents authorities.
