Heard learned advocate Mr. R.N.Kapadia for learned Siddharth Kheskani for the applicant and learned APP for the respondent-State through video conference.

Learned APP Mr. Raval submits that this application is covered by the judgment of this Court dated 17.09.2020 delivered in Special Criminal Application No.11508 of 2020 as the facts of that case and this case are similar and ratio of that judgment is squarely applicable in the present case as well .

In view of above submissions of learned APP Mr. Raval, learned advocate Mr. Kapadia requests for time to go through the judgment and the soft copy of that judgment has already been provided to learned advocate Mr. Kapadia by learned APP Mr. Raval. Hence, stand over to 06.04.2021.
